Working as a Senior Field Application Engineer - SSL, you’ll find yourself in a truly international environment where your ability is recognised, rewarded and challenged on a daily basis. Our Power Management ICs (PMIC) and our people are at the forefront of mobile systems innovation.

The Role
Working in our Sales – SSL Application Engineering team in Shenzhen, you will be responsible to provides frontline technical support to customers which include: (a) reactive problem solving in response to customer problems (b) technical competitive positioning to win customer commitments to use Dialog products and (c) feeding back to the business on future needs.
? Provide front line application support to identified key customers throughout the lifecycle of the project – concept to design win.
? Establish strong relationships with key R&D engineers at key customers
? Generate required application notes / support documents for local customers to supplement BU material
? Provide feedback on new requirements for future products
? Provide support for internal and distribution agents’ FAE where appropriate
? Responsible for delivering local training to customers & distributors where appropriate

What we are looking for
At Dialog you will be successful if you are self-motivated, delivery-focused and passionate about helping us become the go-to company for PMIC, Audio, Display and Wireless Connectivity technologies.
You could be perfect for this role if you have:
? At least 8+ years of experience as Power Supply Design Engineer or related position/experience; with EE background and switching power convertor technics
? At least 3+ years of experience as a SSL or switching power supply application Engineering experience
? Experience with electronic circuit design, simulation ,PCB design/layout, board-level assembly, testing and debugging
? Good experimental technique and hands-on attitude
? Reliability analysis for solution or application
? Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical subjects in a confident and clear way
? Fluent in both oral and written English
? Excellent customer facing skills
? Confident and capable to deliver trainings and seminars etc.
