Role Purpose

To overall manage and be fully responsible for Swatch Group China Customer Service Chongqing Branch operations. Ensure executions of country service strategy and manage daily service operation. Manage and develop groups of staff such as watchmakers and CSR to build a professional and customer care driven working climate, manage and handle customer satisfaction issues.

1，New office Setup

§ Be the project manager of Chongqing branch setup

§ Capacity plan for next 3-5 years, define the requirements based on business development.

§ Prepare/support CER and implementation.

§ Manage office construction projects, conduct the bidding and negotiation processes for all architecture and construction contracts.

2，Daily service operation management

§ Monitor and be fully responsible for branch Service Center operation through established measurement systems

§ Supervise Workshop, Reception areas, assure overall operation run smoothly

§ Conduct continuous process/ quality improvement to enhance operation efficiency and customer satisfaction

§ Emphasize on increasing watch maker productivity and repair capacity to meet market/ company demands

§ Maintain a comfortable & elegant customer reception environment

§ Handle and escalate complaints to restore customer satisfaction

3，People management and development

§ Build customer care and quality-driven working climate

§ Develop staff in terms of professionalism and watch making technical skills

§ Recruit qualified staff to meet business needs and other general administrative purposes

4，Facility and General Management

§ Manage and maintain good condition of service center facility and tools / equipment status

§ Be fully responsible for staff safety and assets security

§ Consuct general administration management

Requirement

§ 5~8 years of Service department and/or workshop management experience

§ Excellent people management experience and maturity

§ Process and Quality oriented mindset and hands-on working style

§ College or above

§ Good English in written and verbal

§ Project management or office setup experience is preferable
