职位描述

Overall Purpose of Job:

-First task: Provision of support to the sales force in terms of applications, project sales, system solutions, documentation, calculations, product maintenance, etc.

-Second task: To perform the task of solving customer's complaints and the company's order processing.

-Third task: To provide support to the sales force in term of customer visit, technical training, etc.

Main Tasks :
-To assist and coordinate in the technical training for internal and external staff.

-To help the sales force to maximize their active service time by procuring special documentation, carrying out extended investigations, handling of tenders and projects, etc.

-To support at customer's site as arranged with the respective sales technician.

-To provide technical assistance to the sales engineers and customers as regards choice of products, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, etc.

-To provide technical assistance to the service administration.

-To provide technical check for project quotation and SOR.

-To coordinate with the services and logistics function in meeting the customer's satisfactions.

-To maintain the supply of technical documents.

-To involve in project sales like that of visiting customers and their sites to be abreast of local conditions, procurement of plans and prospects, contact with sub-contractors, etc.

-To work out project solutions including dimensioning, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation and maintenance issues, etc.

-To be attentive to competitor's interference and report to the Management.

-To calculate cost prices and sales prices of non-standard as well as out-of-price list material.

-To respond customer's inquires and give a brief explanation of the technical problem, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance.

-To process in accordance with the order processing system at disposal.

-To follow-up the time schedule of deliveries agreed upon and take appropriate action in case of deviations.

-To assist the sales force as to provision of documentation and information particulars, leaflets, quotations, prices, time of deliveries, etc.

-To process special orders and inquiries in coordination with the supplier.

-To communicate with the respective product specialists in Singapore or other suppliers, where local problem solving is not available.

-To update and maintain project register.

-Other tasks as management assigned.

JOB PROFILE

Education and Training
-Diploma or degree holder in hydraulic machinery, electric machines, power electronics or control field
-Good command in oral and written Chinese and English
-Fluent in Mandarin

Experiences
-Experienced with pumps or control panels maintenance or consultancy or sales works, will be an advantage

Physique
-Male or female
-Preferably 25~35 years old
