职位描述

The position is based in Nantong, China to oversee country operations of the company. The person will be reporting to the General Manager located in Europe.
We are looking for an aspiring professional with strong problem-solving skills who will be in charge of daily operations of the company in a growing industry.
The main responsibilities:
Operations
? Manage day-to-day operations of the team and the warehouse in China
? Oversee accounting activities of the company in China
? Prepare and submit monthly reports, progress reports, and final yearly reports to for submission to HQ in Europe
? Make effective use of time management and prioritize tasks of the entire team
Supplier Management/Client Relationship/Logistics
? Monitor deadlines of the orders and the lead time for delivery, manage quality testing service providers and suppliers to meet the deadlines
? Visit suppliers to strengthen the relationship, and build solid communication
? Attend client meetings and visit the port to check the delivery if necessary
? Ensure contractual requirements between customers and suppliers are met and help to resolve any delivery problems
Ideal profile:
? 2-5 years of work experience in administration/ business unit management/accounting
? Strong management, problem solving and inter-personal skills
? Experience in deck or offshore equipment, logistics, freight forwarding, import/export is highly appreciated, but not required
? English language skills a big plus, but not required
