R&R
-Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual cost accounting financial reports and site packages
-Work with factory, contract manufacturing, and BU finance to review, setup standard cost , perform cost roll, and analyze absorption and MOH rate impact to inventory and gross margin
-Responsible for month end and quarter end close on cost accounting functions including inventory and inventory reserve, manufacturing spending and variances with required analysis
- Supervision of up to 8 cost accounting staffs
-Manage inventory cycle count and process
-Work with external auditor for audit test requirements and manage SOX compliance
-Support ad hoc project relate to cost accounting




Qualification:
- Accounting/Finance/Economics degree with 7 plus years of working experiences in related field.
- Good and effective communication skill
-Strong contract manufacturing experience with understanding of cost accounting, BOM, etc.
-Fluent English speaker. Prior people management experience.
-Advanced proficiency in Oracle 11i, Brio Reporting, Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Excel
