MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? To proceed daily administration work for the procedure of authority approval
? To communicate with internal and external to collect the right information and documentation for the authority approval
? To coordinate all the necessary meetings with the authorities for the relevant approval and permit
? To prepare all the presentations for each task, authority approval related
? To record all the meeting minute with the authorities
? To effectively update the information of real estate laws and regulations of state and local
? Other tasks as assigned by Expansion Manager
Knowledge
? 5 years experience preferably with real estate business, (pre stage preferred)
? Adequate university degree or equivalent knowledge
? Computer literacy
? Full knowledge of laws and regulations for the real estate development, local and nationwide
Behaviour
? Interest in shopping centre
? Self awareness and understand how your behaviour effects others
? Strong integrity and fearlessness
? Driving and constructive, with the competence to work as well independent as in a team
Skills
? Excellent communication, organizational skills and goal focus
? Very good Chinese and English verbal and writing skills
? Excellent social competence and an outstanding diplomatic skill to act in different situations and cultures
Abilities
? Strategic, analytical and tactical abilities
? Ability to sell in a message
? Ability to willingly share his/her knowledge and skills within and outside the department
