Job Description
A global leader in the events business is on the lookout for experienced and talented designers to join their Beijing team.
The successful candidate will be a highly creative individual with the ability to develop 2D and/or 3D concepts and design ideas and to develop them all the way to execution.
He or she will lead other 2D and 3D designers and work closely with project managers and should be open to contributing creatively to every element of a project.
Position Requirements:
1. Able to see the bigger picture of each project and can drive and motivate your team to deliver the best results.
2. Creative and able to deliver top-quality input throughout the creative process.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of brands.
4. Great skills on Adobe Suite and other relevant programs and willing to learn new techniques.
5. Communicate well and able to work under pressure and to prioritize, manage time and distribute work to your team.
6. Extensive professional experience in a design position preferably with an agency, and ideally in the events industry.
7. Responsible, outgoing, motivated.
8. Good oral and written English skills preferred.
