Training Speclist
Job description:
1. Be responsible for the layout, establishment, organizing and management of worker's training course
2. In charge of the following and formulating of training plan, policy and process
3. Integrate resources internal and external to implement the training plan
4. In charge of special type of work's test
5. Training spot evaluation and follow-up and evaluation
6. Design and develop new training courses
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Above 2 years training experience in Multinational company
3. Can explore some new training courses and lecture several courses
4. Fluent in English with Spoken and Written
5. Skillful presentation and communication
6. Have experience of worker's training is preferred
