Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
1.Champion process and policy to realize 100% compliance with all global trade restrictions
2.Lead periodical training to commercial team and order fulfillment team (workout training plan, including training material improvement, training schedule setup, training document management)
3.Lead periodical audit for trade compliance. Including pre-audit communication, audit schedule, on-site audit, audit report, improvement action and follow up
4.Act as a consultant to reply all questions, handle all issues concerning trade compliance from commercial teams, with support from manager and global resources.
5.Support commercial team to do further investigation if related customer is in MK denial list or with sensitive background.Escalate or communicate with Global trade compliance team for a proper instruction or solution.
6.Work with compliance and contract manager to standardize terms and conditions for contracts, driving clarity for the organization and customers
7.Audit contract terms and reinforce policy
8.Develop and maintain relationships across multiple business units and functional areas to determine internal customer needs and establish open dialogue to quickly address issues

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in trade compliance and 5 years working experience at MNC. Logistic education is a plus.
