Position Summary:
The EHS/Regulatory Engineer is primarily responsible for the overall EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety) compliance to ISO14001 and meet all the regulatory requirement on EHS.

Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)
? Maintain EHS system base on ISO14001.
? Self assessment to comply with China regulatory and Corporate requirements
? Build Job Safety Analysis team and organize the team to assess every operation process for identifying related risk and taking actions
? Plan EHS incident report flow-chart, train & lead team to do the investigation for EHS incident, track related corrective actions.
? Improve staff awareness, behavior by developing and implementing training programs.
? Apply for manufacturing license from company to compliance with all regulatory requirements.
? Develop EHS KBM’s for monthly KBM review by management team
? Assistance of certification audits and surveillance audits from customer or government.
? Implement product compliance to RoHS/WEEE/REACH

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
? Major in engineering background
? 5 years above experiences in EHS.
? Familiar with RoHS/REACH/WEEE
? Professional technical or engineering experience; laboratorial instrument industry or multi-technologies know-how will be preference;
? Strong inter-personal skills;
? Excellent oral and written communication skill in English, be able to work in a multicultural environment;
? Strong experience in ISO14001 and obtained internal auditor;
? Ability to achieve goals independently within a challenging time frame.
