职责描述
1.熟练掌握粉体涂料生产原理与操作，能够独立安排产品的生产作业，能够处理简
单的异常。
2.熟悉粉体涂料的生产流程、材料安排，并进行相关流程的工艺优化。
3.在上级的指导下，可以主导并跟踪已确定的改进方案的执行。
4.严格执行岗位所涉及的职业卫生防护措施。
5.了解生产系统所涉及的各种设备设施。
6.及时汇报生产过程中的各项非正常现象。
7.完成上司交待的其他工作。

岗位要求
1.具有化工行业背景。
2.有工业和小家电等粉体涂料现场生产经验一年以上。
3.熟悉气流粉碎机，压片机的设备操作，有筛粉机，除尘器，振动筛，解散机，喂料机，烘箱等设备的相关经验最佳。
4.上海户籍优先。
