Vacancy description:
1. Be responsible for arrange the mechanical maintenance job. In charge of daily maintenance management and
2. maintenance of whole plant mechanical machines
3. Be responsible for create maintenance work order daily from notification of production and release preventive work order
4. and assign to complete
5. Be in charge of technical complete for work order daily and spare parts components GR
6. In charge of setting up or update all mechanical archives and record mechanical maintenance & repairing history
7. In charge of leading weekly check for all equipment to solve finding problem in time
8. Be responsible for carry out seriously for preventive work order（critical equipment; lubrication etc.）
9. Be responsible for special equipment (elevator; forklift ; pressure vessel; PSV; etc.) annually verification.
10. After receive urgent mechanical trouble notice from production. Should arrange resource arrive site within 1 hour for
11. problem solving
12. In charge of daily site maintenance service subcontract monitoring : service quality / safety, complying with maintenance
13. procedure
14. In charge of supporting spare parts warehouse to track mechanical key spare parts inventory and regular stock checking,
15. and create material code of spare parts on SAP on time.
16. In charge of new project or modification for mechanical equipment, engineering quality monitoring and acceptance.
17. Assist maintenance supervisor to control maintenance cost, and cost analysis.
18. Lead mechanical breakdown analysis , make correct and prevent action , to reduce TIM , increase OEE
19. Attend regular safety inspection, complete task observation and CTA plan.
20. Participant in overhaul plan building, and lead the implementation of mechanical items.
21. Participate in the audit of TS16949 / ISO 14001 and HSE. Complete the correct actions.
22. Assist maintenance supervisor , work with electrical engineer to carry on TEC activity to develop TPM /5S to improve
23. facility reliability.
24. Complete others correlative job in department assigned by line manager.


Profile:
1. College degree in mechanical integrity major
2. Familiar with MS office application and AutoCAD and SAP
3. Good English both in writing and speaking
4. Minimum 5 years experiences on chemical plant maintenance and management Experienced on rotary equipment trouble shooting skills
