Responsibilities:
Planning, developing, implementing marketing and sales plan
Develops and delivers marketing strategies for the organization
Manages social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
Identifies marketing opportunities and undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Accomplishes organization’s mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements:
International students currently studying in Chinese universities /colleges in Beijing
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Ability to work individually and as part of a team

We are now seeking a full time Marketing and Sales Manager and part time interns based in Beijing and Shanghai. The job description and their responsibilities are as followed.

新华都商学院是由福建新华都慈善基金会（Fujian New Huadu Charity Foundation）出资建立的公立性高等教育机构。学院以中国教育体制改革为契机，采取“公办社助”办学模式，该模式在中国高等教育领域中具有开创性意义。
学院参照国际惯例，实行“理事会领导下的院长负责制”这一现代学院治理模式。理事会是学院的最高权力机构，下设顾问委员会及战略委员会。学院的愿景是成为“具有中国内涵的世界一流商学院”，为持续提升中国企业在世界范围内的竞争力提供支持。
创立伊始，学院便聘请2006年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者、美国哥伦比亚大学资本主义与社会研究中心主任埃德蒙·费尔普斯教授担任院长，全面负责学院的战略管理、教学研究和国际合作。同时，学院也吸引和邀请了一批来自国内外一流高校及企业的知名教授、著名企业家加盟，以打造高水平、国际化、多元化的师资团队。
新华都商学院与美国哥伦比亚大学、杜克大学、台湾政治大学以及北京大学等高校建立战略合作伙伴关系，通过与这些学校合作，新华都商学院将与中国企业管理者共同分享中国及世界管理研究领域的优秀成果。
