职位描述

PART Ⅰ: Job Summary
This position will provide financial support for HD China sales office and respective departments. The person will interact across business units and with Third Party Service Provider. Participate in special projects as required.
? Process Accounts Payable. Run AP aging report to conduct AP payment per company rules.
? Maintain Concur system and process travel & entertainment claims and ensure all disbursements are in compliance with Corporate requirement and procedure
? Process intercompany service charges and book in system properly. Issue debit note or credit note per requirement.
? Review and book inventory or goods in transit by matching purchase invoices and goods receiving record.
? Book GL transaction for fix assets, depreciation, amortization and accrual per company policies.
? Perform month end closing and reporting using SAP.
? Prepare monthly reconciliation. Prepare breakdown for all accrual accounts and issue monthly or quarterly dealer statement for dealer incentive balance.
? Provide required information and internal reports to stakeholders.
? Assist SAP testing and CI project in HD China.
? Assist other work required.

? Assist managers with the financial management of their departmental expenses.

? Provide monthly financial support to the business: Record month end journal entries/accruals, assure all expenses are recorded in the month incurred, distribute departmental performance reports, and analyze spending variances

PART Ⅳ: Required Qualifications/Experience
1. No less than 5 years’ experience in accounting role. Accounts payable experience is required
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent.
3. ERP experience is required .SAP experience will be a plus.
4. Easy going, stable and good co-worker.
5. Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements
