职位描述
Role Purpose :
1. Handling marketing & communication stuffs such and company news release, awards entry, release newsletter and manage internal communication platform;
2. Supporting on building up knowledge pool by searching and collecting market information/consumer data/media trend to deliver reports
Key Accountabilities :
1. Marketing & Communication
Independently to manage the relationship with PR channel for company news release
Work on the newsletter produce and release
Work together with strategic planning team for award entry to help company gain more exposure in the industry
Manage internal communication system so that to keep information sharing smoothly within group
2. Supporting on knowledge pool building up
Support research manager building a list of data resources in the market in terms of media information/consumer trends, etc. and keep it updating
Produce regular reports by compiling different resources data with basic analysis, which will be part of consulting services provide to media owners to drive new revenue
3. Department admin supporting
In charge of contracts and payment management
Training facilitator
Personal Specification :
1. Around 2-3 years working experience in communication or marketing or media industry
2. Good at cross team communication skills
3. Good at editing & writing with clear logical
4. Sophisticated with English speaking & writing
5. Detail oriented
