Description :
Manage Semiconductor Manufacturing outsource including Wafer Foundry Operation, New Product Introduction, Yield Management in China.
Scope of Responsibilities/ Expectations:
(1) Responsible for New Product Introduction overall process in external manufacturing sites.
(2) Manage outsourcing products fabrication and probe operation in external sites.
(3) Work closely with internal PE/Business Unit and external sites to successfully accomplish fab/probe related assignments.
(4) Work with various groups to resolve external foundry manufacturing and quality issues to ensure both quantity and quality delivery.
(5) Manage yield improvement activities and device qualification projects.
Qualifications :
(1) University degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering. A MS degree is preferred.
(2) More than 10 years working experience in wafer manufacturing as device engineer, product engineer or process engineer. Experience in probe testing and device qualification is a plus.
(3) Demonstrated experience on product yield & cost improvement, New Product Introduction start-up and production operation managements.
(4) Demonstrated knowledge & application of statistical process controls, quality concepts & DOE.
(5) Knowledge of failure analysis, both EFA and PFA. Understand design flow and tape-out process.
(6) Good Problem Solving and Project Management Skills
(7) Good Communication skills, Fluent English Speaker and Good English Written Skill.
