职位描述
Primary Responsibilities:
· Enters orders
· Primary contact for customer interface for Freescale
· Manages changes to order base
· Quotes new business with pricing and availability (based on Regional requirements)
· Answers phone, responds to email and other inquiries
· Works to resolve disconnects between customer need and availability
· Analyzes problems related to delivery and determines root causes/solutions
· Works with PSP, and CSCS on all service and delivery related issues
· May manage customer specific service programs (SMI, CMI, MegaJIT, etc.)
· Has thorough understanding of systems (Orion/CRM/Agile/FMS) and uses them daily
· Manages EDI changes, suspense, new orders, etc.
· Maintains MPN and CPN cross-references
· Expedites product deliveries for customer satisfaction
· Provides order status to customers
· Assign s RSD's based on information from PSP
· Performs RDD impact analysis to determine customer impact
· Manages and communicates customer returns via CQI
· Enters and manages customer delivery for samples
· Provides timely response to all customer inquiries
· Provides shipment tracking information to customers if required
· Provides early warning to customers on product delivery issues
· Escalates unresolved customer issues upward through CSO chain
· Drives continuous improvement in customer on time delivery
· Works with teams to resolve invoice, credit and currency issues
· Negotiates, initiates and facilitates the Order Authority (OA)/Manufacturing
Qualification:
The internship period will be 12 months.
2nd or 3rd year of undergraduate major in Supply Chain or logistics related with above 70 score
Knowledge of excel/word will be a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
