Responsible for documentation for department activities.
? Responsible for NPI program documentation plan and iteration update.
? Research the software design being developed, including user interface prototypes and designs.
? Write the User Assistance content identified in the User Assistance Content Specification.
? Produce the User Assistance, such as PDF, HTML Help, or Knowledge Builder.
? Test the User Assistance against deployment units and software prototypes.
? Manage the review of the User Assistance Source Files.
? Support technical document edit and Revision update for the existing product in HPS.
? Responsible for product technical material/manual translation.
