The purpose of this role is to:

1) ProvideSAP supportfor Finance processes(Plan to Consolidate (PTC), and Projects Initiate to Close (PIC)) to the APAC Service Center (ASC).

2) Provide SAP support for Finance processes (Plan to Consolidate (PTC),and Projects Initiate to Close (PIC)) to the APAC regionwhen required.

3) Promote best practice use of SAP, and offer training/knowledge sharing to reinforce best practice.

4) Assist with the general International Sustainment activities in APAC as required.

Key elements and required results of the role

SAP Finance Process Support

• SAP Support – SAP finance processes (PTC & PIC)
• Primary support focus is to support the ASC
• Secondary support focus is to support the APAC region
• Work with Sustainment SAP Support Lead – APACto develop and maintain International Sustainment’s relationship with the ASC
• Work to ensure SAP issues are resolved as required in the ASC and the APAC region, and ensure KPIs for delivery are met
• Support Manager Finance Processes, APAC Sustainment in resolution of Plan to Consolidate and Projects Initiate to Close reporting queries if required
• Track support work and resolution detail as required

SAP Finance Process Training

· Work with Training and Communications Analyst, APAC Sustainment to ensure SAP training approach and materials are consistent across the APAC region

· Provide SAP Finance Process training to ASC colleagues based on scheduled offerings, Support analysis, and ad-hoc requirements

• Ensure all completed training courses are recorded in the Disney Development Connection (DDC) for attendees
• Assist in the preparation of generic training materials. Translate relevant training materials into Simplified Chinese and participate in material localization.

General Sustainment Activities

· Work with ASC to identify system enhancement requirements and opportunities for process improvement

· Work with Manager Finance Processes, APAC Sustainmentto assist with implementation of enhancements andprocess improvements

· Work with Manager Finance Processes, APAC Sustainmentto remain up-to-datewithSAP enhancements, and changes driven by Disney global/regional SAP projects

• Participate in International Sustainment SAP process improvements/projects as required

· UAT and Regression testingand documentation for SAP releases if required

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and MIS or equivalent

· Minimum of 3 - 5 years comparable work experience

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SAP FI/CO/SPL

· Experience with SAPPIC is preferred, Acquire to Retire (ATR) is beneficial
