职责描述 Responsibilities：

1.制定并落实公司精益开展计划，以协助实现公司的运营目标。
Support operation targets' completion by making and completing the lean development plans.
2.制定持续改善计划，并负责协调相关资源以确保计划的有效落实。
Take the responsibility to make continuous improvement plans and coordinate the relative resources to ensure the effectiveness of the plans.
3.利用精益管理的工具改进现场，提高生产力和产品质量，降低库存，减少浪费。
Use lean management tools to increase the productivity and the quality, reduce the inventory and waste.
4.组织实施精益管理的培训，以提高管理人员和主要项目负责人的精益能力。
Organize and deliver lean manufacturing training to the management team and key projects owners to improve lean implementation skills.
5.营造持续改善文化，提升精益意识。
Develop the continuous improvement culture and increase lean awareness.
6.上级交付的其他任务。
Other tasks assigned by the superior.


任职资格 Qualifications：
1、专科以上学历，至少3年以上精益管理经验
College above, at least 3 years of lean management working experience
2、良好的沟通力和执行力，能在压力下工作
Good communication and execution skills，be willing to work under pressure.
3、英语熟练
Good command of English
