Major Responsibilities:

· Communicate with internal customers for TER daily issues, perform the root cause analysis and solve the issues with initiative in a timely manner to meet high customer satisfaction.

· Audit the TER and ensure the expense reimbursement within the company travel policy and FMs.

· Make the transactions with accurate cost centers, project codes and other adoptable information into QAD/PSGL system.

· Do the account reconciliation with employees to ensure they submit expense report in a timely manner and mitigate long-aged items.

· Implement and explain the travel policy and follow TER process.

· Coordinate with department and employee for various expense and payment queries.

Requirement:

·Majored in accounting/finance.

·Good command of Excel and PowerPoint

·Fluent English speaking, writing

·Detail-oriented, logical/critical thinking

·Good at time management, planning

·Proactive; creative and aggressive

·Drive for result with good communication skill
