Responsibility
Manage CRM project's implementation and deployment in China.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
Ensure CRM technology is properly implemented in China. Ensure Projects are executed with high quality.
KPI
- On time / on budget delivery of project
- Project result meets business requirement with quality
- High User satisfaction rate for project deployment

Requirement:
- Deep knowledge of IS Project Management Methodology, PMP preferred
- Strong team management skills to manage large scale projects.
- Good Knowledge of new and emerging technologies and applications and appreciation of their potential. Ability to identify and articulate strategic opportunities.
- Strong knowledge in application architecture, and ability to contribute to IT landscape design
- Broad knowledge of Information Technology, going beyond individual components (hardware, software, etc.).
- Good knowledge of database technology, Oracle, DB2, etc
- Strong knowledge for enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

Education:
- University graduate or above.
- MBA preferred

Languages:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience:
- Over 10+ years of experience in the IT industry of which the past 5+ years are focused on project mgmt.
- Over 5+ years of experience for CRM/ERP Projects. Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Proven track record in Technology mgmt (ERP/CRM products knowledge - high level big picture understanding).
- Over 5+ years of Program and project mgmt skill set in outsourcing / off-shoring engagements
- Experience in evaluating and selecting suppliers and creating and man-aging service level agreements.
- Proven ability to concurrently manage a complex range of tasks and projects, where achievement is dependent on others' efforts.
- Strong project management and applications support experiences
- Previous experience working within a regulated environment, ideally pharmaceutical or food manufacture, and a demonstrated ability to trans-late the inherent requirements into practical operational procedures and the capability to ensure they are carried out. Knowledge of GMP, GSP, computer systems validation, Sarbannes Oxley 404.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP or CRM
- MBA , Certificated PMP, or Certificated SAP consultant
