Role Purpose：
在部门经理指导下完成内外部沟通、日常报表管理、竞争对手追踪报告以及团队其他日常基础事物。
Accomplish internal/ external communication, daily statistics report management, competitor report and other daily administrative work of the whole team.

Key Accountabilities：
?协助部门经理完成日常工作，按时完成任务，并保证计划的顺利执行；
?与伙伴公司或客户的日常沟通，包括提供资料和资讯（比如竞争对手的动态），日常媒介管控，请付款申请，提交日常报表等；
?与公司内部投资组同事的日常沟通，传递正确的投放信息并及时回收相应资料并做出整理总结；
?媒介排期管理，包括制订媒介排期并录入系统，跟进相应条款，每月整理更新相关的排期状态及相应进款情况汇总等；
?与团队成员分享市场各媒体和行业动态，以及市场创意执行案例。

?Assist department managers to finish daily work and task on a timely basis, and ensure the smooth implementation of work plans;
?Cooperate and communicate closely with partner agency and clients, including providing data and information (such as dynamic information of competitors), media management, payment procedures, daily/weekly/monthly reporting work.
?Work closely with internal trading team, including daily communication, deliver correct media brief and collect relative information;
?Media spotplan administration, including check spotplan contract terms, inputting system, daily follow-up and monthly spotplan status and payment status update;
?Share with team members of various media resources, industry dynamics, and creative execution case.

Personal Specification
1、本科学历，能接受高强度的工作，对体育行业有热情；
2、仔细、耐心
3、乐于学习新的知识，而不仅仅局限在户外之中；
4、如有全媒体策划或网络媒体策划经验者，优先考虑

?Bachelor degree, Could work under a high-pressure, have passion to sports category;
?Careful and patient;
?Open-minded to new media knowledge and technology, not only for OOH, but also to other media type, especially in digital;
?Multi-media strategy planning or digital media planning experience are more preferred.
