The Position

You are a specialist of the annual planning and effective & quality implementation of medical(non-promotional) educational events. You are a contributor of development of medical project team. Details responsibilities list as below,

• Develop an annual plan for Roche non-promotional activities for assigned products based on educational strategy identified in the Product Medical Plan and input from Medical Managers
• Providing input to the development of annual medical plan for the related topics
• Act as primary contact person in Medical for any professional education activity & related discussion
• Manage conference planning process for national/international congress for assigned products/TAs
• Ensure fully transparency and confirm all activities to comply with compliance, regulations, company policy and SOP
• Engage in continuous learning within the assigned therapeutic area
• Contribute to the team process & capability development

You are a Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in pharma industry, preferably in IME/CME role; Skill to drive the delivery of commitment in a matrix team. You are good at communication and influence, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
