Main Functions and Responsibilities
？ Execute all laboratory functions, e.g. experiments; perform follows EHS guidelines; maintenance of lab equipments
？ Documentation and Reporting of all intentional investigations
？ Support communication on technical issues between customers / local organization and the supplier Subsidiaries
？ To perform investigations on customer request
？ Support prioritization of investigation projects
？ Perform, document and report investigations on defect panels
？ Support the initiation if necessary of the complaint management process in cooperation with QA Subsidiaries and headquarter
？ Support customers (visits, discussions, presentations) to improve reliability of their products
？ To support technical training for customers and colleagues
Qualification:
？ Bachelor/Master degree, major in scientific field
？ Working experience in R&D is a prerequisite
？ To have LC(D) working experience is preferable
？ Good skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Power Point
？ Good technical and physics background and knowledge
？ Good presentation and communication skills is plus
？ Good at English in speaking, writing and reading
