Key Contract Manufacturing Operations Asia Team Leader within the Supply Chain Network in Operations. Responsible for driving the Contract Manufacturing Operations in Asia and driving the Objectives of the global Material Management activities to achieve Operational Excellence in all we do.

• Leads team of professional staff to identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems of medium complexity.


• Filters, prioritizes, analyzes and validates dynamic material from a diverse range of external and internal sources to respond to operational challenges.


• Applies understanding of how different areas jointly contribute to achieving objectives within the sub-function (i.e. a subset of a function, typically consisting of several areas with independent budgets) supported by good industry knowledge to achieve objectives.


• Defines global MM Material Management Strategy and implements these aspirations globally.


• Pushes aspirations for operational excellence of Contract Manufacturing Operations.

Candidate Qualification

？ Typically requires a Diploma/Master degree (or equivalent) that provides knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a relevant discipline.
？ Extensive knowledge in computer application and ERP system skills
？ Moderating and facilitating skills
？ Very good level of Business Understanding and an entrepreneurial spirit
？ Excellent English skills and if possible good in one more foreign language

Requires substantial professional experience (approximately 7-10 years as a guide) including managerial responsibilty in an international environment.
？ Requires depth and/ or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field combined with knowledge of the market and competitors.
