Responsibilities
He/She is based in Shanghai and working alongside our other PAD Specialists, Sales, Marketing, technical support teams and Engineers to support instrument post-sell installation training and contribute pre-sell support to instruments related reagents and consumables deliverable in East China. The core responsibilities are as follows.
？ To provide professional installation training, included lecture course, instrument hands on training and data interpreting, based on customers application.
？ To improve instrument running rate, create reagents/consumable leads by application-specific RTD and on-site training.
？ To increase customers experience and satisfaction for all installation bases by customer visiting, timely response to customer inquiry and accurate troubleshooting.
？ To host advanced training for Cell Analysis Instruments routinely.
？ To provide hands-on demo support to Merck Millipore new reagent products running on instrument platform.
？ To assist area distributor training in Cell Analysis and protein detection products.
？ Occasionally, to assist in marketing events, representing Millipore at selected Trade Shows, exhibitions and conferences.
？ To support in area marketing plan and ensure it to be well implemented, to support in product marketing plan.
Requirements/Qualification
？ Master degree or above in Cell biology, Immuno-biology or other Biology fields. 1-2 years working experience is preferred.
？ Know-how of Cell analysis, Image detection or Flow Cytometry is preferred.
？ Highly organized, results oriented and able to prioritize time and tasks effectively.
？ Excellent command of English and Chinese with good presentation skill.
？ Familiar with Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel.
？ Strong interpersonal skills with good communication.
？ Good execution, integrity and teamwork are definitely required.
？ Enjoy continuously learning new technologies.
？ Travel up to 50% is required.
