Responsibilities

Performs diversified sales assistant duties which may include assisting data/report analysis, business records, sales related process facilitation, and so on.
Coordinate with customer service and financial colleague to facilitation, such as the delivery date and payment.
Works closely with the area sales manager to support sales in administration, sales & marketing activities etc.
Prepares a variety of reports routinely.
Order process related communication between functions and business segment.

Requirements/Qualification

Diploma degree or above，one year work experience is preferred. Know the business process is preferred.
Good command in both written & spoken English, proficient at office computer skills. Good at making reports.
Pleasant personality, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic individual with good teamwork
