岗位职责Responsibilities：

负责和客户做日常沟通，维护客户关系，根据客户要求，完成会议现场执行、协调工作，以及根据客户要求完成会议结算。

岗位描述Job Description：

负责和客户做日常沟通，包括报价，会议前期跟进，会议现场执行和协调工作，有能力和第三方供应商和酒店等沟通、协调，并按照客户要求完成会后的结算流程。

具有的能力要求：

1） 热爱本职工作， 积极性高

2) 熟练的office 软件操作能力，包括excel, word, PPT等。

3） 基本的英语听、读、写的能力。

4） 有亲和力，善于与人沟通，行为仪表良好有礼

5） 有团队合作精神

6） 有一定的抗压能力

7） 有在会务公司操作过的人员 特别为医药公司提供会务服务经验的优先考虑
