岗位职责：
1.接受客户咨询，记录客户咨询，按照相应流程给予客户反馈；
2.为客户提供完整准确的方案及信息，解决客户问题，提供高质量服务；
3.为意向客户介绍行程，接受客户在线下单；
4.跟进及有效处理客户投诉；
5.回访和维护客户，服务订单，并能及时发现客户的需求及意见，完善客户感受。

岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.3年及以上工作经验，具有高尔夫资源、相关背景工作经验者优先；
3.具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协调和谈判能力；
4.能熟练操作Office软件；
5.抗压力强、团队合作精神，有很强的职业操守。
