职位描述
- 独立完成校园招聘项目的统筹实施，以项目的客户满意度为导向
- 负责项目在内外部的沟通，任务下达及反馈，解决项目执行过程中的突发事件
- 制作、控制项目预算，降低项目成本
- 协助提供PM售卖支持，负责执行方案的制作或项目执行数据统计分析
- 协助落地执行同事完成宣讲会、笔面试等执行工作
- 协助提供产品修改、执行流程改善意见，共同提高产品、服务竞争力
任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历
- 2年以上会展执行或校园招聘相关经验
- 具有优秀的项目管理、时间管理能力，团队合作意识强
- 良好的沟通协调及书面表达能力，主动性和执行力强
- 熟练使用办公软件，如PPT、Excel
- 英语口语、书写熟练尤佳
