Professional Requirement:
· Bachlor degree or above, major in mechanics or business preferred.
· Minum 2 years work experience with mechanical / electronics background.
· Knowledge of the fastener /small parts product and standard (ISO, DIN, GB…) is an advantage.
· Previous experience in key account maintenance.
· Professional sales skill and working method. Should have clear business mind with positive work attitude.
· Understand quotation process and contract negotiation.
· Good representation and manners towards customers.
· Good command of English in both writing and oral. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
· Good computer literacy in English office environment.

Responsibility:
· Responsible for key account maintenance under instruction.
· Analyze customer needs, maintain a good relationship with key account customers, improve key account customers’ satisfactory level
· Identify and develop new opportunity with key account customers through continuous visit and communication.
· Learn and understand new product information in the market.
· Work closely with key account sales manager to satisfy customer needs and solve customer problems
· Identify and create business opportunities, and lead further process.
· Promote company to customers and develop/maintain customer relationship.
· Clarify customer requirements, both technical and commercial.
· Develop new business and explore new customer to achieve individual sales target.
· Problem solver with proper action on customer complains, like OTD or PPM.
· Coordination with other teams to make business success.
· Follow up instruction from the supervisor.

· Logical thinking and excellent communication skills.
· Team work spirit, can work independently and under pressure.
· Integrity, honest, ambitious, patient and responsible.
· Frequent travelling in China region.
