工作职责：

- 管理所有中国采购的质量问题，处理欧洲分部关于质量的疑问和投诉;
- 中国供应商质量管理，进行供应商质量评估和审计，发放样品和出厂检验报告;
- 拜访在供应商的工厂，以帮助他们实现AFG质量要求和推动供应商质量改进活动以达到零缺陷的要求;
- 负责对供应商的样品释放，生产线的释放，释放过程和交付释放;
- 审计供应商预生产和连续生产控制计划并监督实施，确保过程得到控制; 与欧洲品质部人员一起检查供应商的检验方法和生产/ 组件的仪表，发行或检查供应商的质量控制计划和出货检验报告;
- 支持及时，准确地回顾PPAP对时间分配及时提交给欧洲工厂

职位要求：

- 能经常出差

- 机械工程或相关学科背景

- 三年以上供应商质量管理工作经验，有采购相关经验优先

- 有强烈的责任感， 独立工作的能力，发现和解决问题的技巧，良好的沟通能力，团队合作和管理技能

- 良好的供应商质量管理经验, 有SPC和CPK的相关知识
