Responsibilities
Developing and executing the marketing plan for the China service region.
Working with the Service Commercial manager to ensure there are plans in place to achieve regional business goals for this segment.
Analysis of the installed database information of Tektronix and Keithley customers to identify potential new customers for the Tektronix repair and calibration services.
Devizing ways to increase the information we have about our installed base of customers.
Work with the sales team to ensure we implement a sales lead management process effectively by which sales leads are turned into opportunities and opportunities into orders.
To generate weekly and monthly reports that summarise the outcome of the lead and opportunity creation activity, drawing information from the CRM system and other database sources.
Analysing the installed base of Tektronix and Keithley customers and devising segment specific (industry, product) marketing programs.
Devising demand generation programs to ensure that lead targets are met for China Service Business:
Specifying and devising sales tools needed by the SSO sales force
Devising and executing with the support of the China regional marketing team monthly E-marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
Executing direct mail programs.
Newsletter creation.
Management of direct mail agencies as appropriate.
Control of the schedule and budget for all of the above programs
Ensuring the outbound telemarketing team have targeted lists to call.
Monthly reporting of outcomes of marketing activity
Analysing the Web based content of the Service segment to ensure it is appropriate for customers and optimises customer response.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years marketing program management or marketing operations management experience in a B2B industry.
High level of analytical skills.
Experience of working with customer database and/or CRM systems to generate reports, segment customers, create call down lists for telemarketing.
Experience supervising marcom projects in particular outbound e-comms, content production and Web content.
Reasonable English speaking.
Computer literate (Excel, Word, E-mail)
The ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Degree level education
