技能要求：

1. 计算机及相关专业毕业，一年以上.net项目开发经验

2. 精通.net开发框架，以及Microsoft开发工具

3. 有扎实的.NET语言基础(C#) 和 编程基本功底

4. 精通SQL Server TSQL开发知识

5. 熟悉面向对象编程和多层架构的设计和开发，以及常用的设计模式

6. 熟练掌握Office办公软件的使用，并有较强的文字输入能力

其他要求：

1. 熟悉.net开发框架WCF, MVC者优先

2. 精通基本算法优先

3. .net开发经验一年以上

职位描述：

1. 完成代码编写和自我代码测试的计划任务

2. 参与需求调研、项目可行性分析、技术可行性分析和需求分析

3. 参与软件开发和维护过程中的技术攻关

4. 总结工作中的开发经验、技术应用技巧

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop software programs of a complex nature, including operating systems, applications, and/or network products which may be for external customer use.
? Design and perform analysis on moderately complex programs and systems.
? Contribute to the development of processes and methodology.
? Assist in the development of assignments and schedules.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS (TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL):
? 2+ years work related experience.
? Relevant technical skills.
? Strong communication skills.
? May need advanced knowledge of programming languages and/or development tools in one area, and moderate level skills in multiple areas.
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, Master's degree may substitute for a portion of the related experience, or equivalent work experience/training.
