Job Purpose

Maximize sales and profit by establishing and executing strategic allocation plans in all retail regions

Duties & responsibilities

- Contribute to business success by overall leading 6 retail regions allocation work

- Ensure same understanding and approach of allocation routine tasks in the team; Assist P&A manager in establishing standard working process and tools of key tasks, i.e. 1st allocation, replenishment and transfer etc

- Track sales by region and store on a weekly basis; Instruct juniors in the team with action plans to capture location-based opportunities

- Work closely with planning and retail team in stock clearance event. Provide suggestions proactively on optimal stock allocation

- Assist P& A manager in strategy set-up and execution monitor of stock return and off-season products relaunch in end of season

- Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure appropriate allocation strategies are applied

2. Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail planning /allocation function

3. Educational Background

University Degree

4. PC/Language/Other Skills

English & Mandarin fluency

High level skills in Microsoft Office

ERP system experience
