职位描述
Location: based on site (Taizhou, Jiangsu Province)
Job Profile: Being in charge of project HSE management for EPCM service delivery.
Responsibilities:
-Manage subcontractor, colleagues and visitor to meet site safety requirements;
-Ensure project HSE performance to meet national requirements;
-Review HSE plan and other HSE documents prepared by contractors;
-Prepare site safety document such as HSE plan, Emergency response plan and keep safety record;
-Issue work permit and other process control documents;
-Hold entry site HSE training and special HSE topics for all persons on project site;
-Hold weekly meeting on site and forecast HSE measures to prevent accident;
-Communicate with contractor to control and improve their HSE performance;
-Inspect site and find violation and give suggestion to keep site have a good performance;
- Maintain risk management system for project HSE
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above and have relevant training about safety management or certification
- Above 5 Years of working experience focusing on HSE management
- Cautions to site risks and able to make measures for prevention.
- Good command of English in both writen and spoken
- team player, good communication skills, can work under pressure
