Archibat Asia正在为一家法资跨国集团公司寻找一名隔断墙项目经理，该公司现拥有三十二间分公司，遍布于世界各地，主要从事于办公室建材如活动间隔墙, 办公室高隔间之产品研发、生产及配送服务的大型专业级公司。

工作职责：

－ 跟踪项目进度、协调内部和外部资源、管理项目团队
－ 积极主动地与客户进行沟通、尽力满足客户的需求、及时向客户汇报项目状态
－ 准备任务说明、解答项目团队提出的问题

－ 跟踪项目成本、调整预算、及时进行财务结算
－ 总结项目经验、对结束的项目进行归档


Archibat Asia is looking for Project Manager for A World leading company specializing in the design, production and installation of system partitions employs more than 1,250 people in Europe and in Asia.

Mission:
- Track on-going projects, coordinate in-house and external resources; manage project team
- Work proactively to meet customer's demands, report project status to customer
- Prepare handoff instruction, answer query from project team
- Prepare handoff instruction, answer query from project team
- Track project costs, revise budget, issue purchase order
- Produce project post-mortems report, archive completed project

任职要求：
－ 良好的英语读、写能力
－ 熟练运用AutoCAD
－ 工程，土建，室内设计，建筑相关专业学历
－ 大专以上学历
－ 优秀的学习能力与时间管理能力
－ 3-5年以上施工经验

工作地点：上海
