Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand business & non-functional requirements from key stake-holders and translate into functional, engineering, & product requirements for the customer.
2. Lead the development & system analysis for CS products in the Asia & Pacific region. Support failure mode analysis / quality discipline and develop design validation plans for the region.
3. Support the development of business cases and track progress leading to program approval for Connected Service Feature offerings.
4. Monitor competitive position and ensure product leadership
5. Manage the technical relationship with external partners.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and team player skills and working with global teams abroad.
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills for overall architecture, application design.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with support personnel, application development personnel, vendors and management.
4. Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and ability to work under aggressive timelines and sporadic heavy workloads.
5. Possess sustainability against changing demand from internal & external business requirements.
6. Be accustomed to operating agile and quickly to meet customer product demand.
7. Be familiar with the following technologies:
- Experience with Web Services, Application Servers, Enterprise Service Bus and BPM.
- Good knowledge of XML, SOAP, REST, UML, Message Flows, SOA Security, and Messaging concepts.
- Wireless Networks specific in China, Asia, & Australia (GSM, CDMA, LTE) and Carrier Relations (China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom)
- Knowledge of data exchange protocols FTP/HTTP/UDP/SMS
- Familiarity with wireless embedded modem architecture design, component-level system integration, and vehicle CAN networks.
- Created & delivered P-Diagrams, Boundary Diagrams, & FMEAs
