岗位职责：

1、通过电话的方式给客户提供服务；
2、准确记录客户信息与需求；
3、维护项目文档及相关项目录音；
4、执行电话中心的纪律与时间安排。

1、普通话标准，发音清楚；
2、态度端正、对于组长布置的任务积极配合；
3、有基础的理解能力，身体健康，会使用电脑，打字速度最低为30字／分钟。
