We are looking for a SSL Key Account Sales Manager to join our award-winning and rapidly growing team at Dialog Semiconductor.
Working as a SSL Key Account Sales Manager with Dialog you’ll find yourself in a truly international environment where your skills and experience are recognised, rewarded and challenged on a daily basis, as well as have access to a variety of internal and external training opportunities to help you develop your career and reach your full potential. The Role
Working in our Sales team in Shanghai, you are responsible to identify, create business opportunities for SSL product in China Key Customers. Critical aspects of the role include demand creation and inputs leading to new product development, customer relationship and distribution management.
o Manage and cultivate relationship with Key SSL Customers like Philips, GE, Ikea, LSG and etc.
o Support customers during pre and post sales phases. Specifically:
o Uncover and monitor the progress of opportunities through to commit and win stages.
o Provide first line contact to customers during their design phase including system integration.
o Interface with our FAE and BU teams to provide relevant responses to customers.
o Ensure design wins translate to revenue i.e. minimizing Time To Money (TT$)
o Gather and synthesize customer inputs to impact new product development.
o Business development. Specifically:
o Increase the market share in existing customer through more projects.
o Build high level relationships within relevant customers both in management and R&D teams.
o Manage the sales process.
o Provide a strategy for each key account to achieve the revenue goal and build the strategic corporate relationship.
What we are looking for
At Dialog you will be successful if you are self-motivated, delivery-focused and passionate about helping us become the go-to company for integrated mixed-signal and analog differentiated power saving technologies.
You could be perfect for this particular role if you have:
o 8+ years of experience in semiconductor industry and proven knowledge related to power supply and solid state lighting.
o Proven commercial acumen with the ability to relate technical issues to return on investment.
o Highly experienced in front line customer interface.
o Strong network in the engineering community in the areas highlighted in China SSL market.
o Experience in AC/DC semiconductor product
o Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.
o Excellent Written and verbal English
o Flexible to undertake international travel at short notice.
o Self-starter with ability to work remotely with little supervision.
