JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE Facilities Manager

BUSINESS UNIT Integrated Facilities Management


REPORTING TO Account Manager

DIRECT REPORT POSITIONS Account Executive

POSITION GOALS To provide comprehensive consulting on energy saving and facilities management with a focus on continuous improvement in SCB Account , to help client to reduce energy consumption and train client’s staff to improve facilities management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ? On behalf of Jones Lang Lasalle as Single point of management control at sites
? Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client’s representative.
? Engage in the compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client.
? Ensure the effective completion of all incidental report.
? Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.
? Manage end user expectations and requirement


Energy Saving
? Search for opportunities for energy saving
? Ensure the energy saving achieved by No/Low cost initiatives or with investment renovation
? On behalf of client to ensure the renovation projects successfully done
? Track the actual achievement after renovation

Facilities Management
? Improve vendors performance, including planned maintenance
? Manage all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery
? Undertaking of comprehensive tendering procedures for all out sources service.
? Ensure compliance with all clients’ polices and procedures.
? Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations


KEY PERFORMANCE
MEASURES ? Customer satisfaction
? Actual cost saving target to be achieved
? Compliance with client and government standards and audit requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ? University degree, preferably in electrical and mechanical engineering
? 5 years facilities management experience or M & E construction management
? Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
