职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司的日常运营，完善业务运作体系与内部管理机制；
2、负责全公司年度生产计划、月生产计划、日生产计划的制定， 并负责进行监督执行；
3、负责生产部及采购部的沟通工作,从而保证生产及原辅材料供应等相关事宜的有序进行,进一步提高生产秩序的稳定性;
4、负责生产各车间原辅材料消耗的控制,从而达到降低成本,提高生产效率的目的;
5、负责库房管理，制定合理的库存管理措施，有效降低运营成本；
6、负责完成领导临时交办的其它工作。
任职资格：
1. 大学统招本科及以上学历，企业管理、工商管理等相关专业；
2. 熟练使用计算机办公自动化管理软件，有ERP软件使用经验优先；
3. 有8年以上制造业、5年以上同岗位工作经验；
4. 有较强的生产计划及实施能力；
5. 能够有效的进行内部协调工作；

身体健康，有6年以上同类企业工作经验可放宽学历、专业要求
