Primary Duties and Responsibilities

This position reports to Logistics Manager and supports Customs related issue.

Research and analyze to updated Asian Customs regulations and FTA's applicable to IAC locations Asia

Define and maintain database for Customs HS-code for Asia to keep track of the affected parts

Support project's quotation for future business decisions e.g. footprint planning from duty and HS-code classification.

Coordinate between broker and biz to accelerate declaration progress for hot issue and machine as well as CCC.

Keep the document to comply with Customs regulation and IAC policy as well

Support regional and global projects with involvement of customs/ trade and tax topics.

Establish know-how and process for export Control Asia in relation to business with a variety of customers based on global Export Control regulations.

Organize education and training as necessary to business personnel, suppliers and customers to support compliance and duty-saving programs

Prepare weekly and monthly operation metrics for global report and local biz review purpose

Qualification and Requirements:

3-5 years working experience in Automotive Business

Customs Declarer Certificate

Expertise in HS-Code classification and Customs database maintenance in Automotive.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Self-motivated, able to manage many projects simultaneously, good project management skills

Good cost analysis ability and negotiation skills.

Cross functional team experience with ability to perform in matrix organization, engineering, sales, plant.

Bachelor’s degrees in economics, business, trade management or supply chain management
