岗位职责：
1，能独立或组织他人共同完成精品店专卖店的装修含道具工程的报价。
2，能分析竞争对手项目报价，并提供具有竞争力的项目报价，保证工程造价的最优化。
3，定期收集行业材料价格，项目成本计算准确。
4，能做生产力的统计分析，更新公司估计定额
任职要求：
1、 建筑工程、造价、预算相关专业大专以上学历，有预算员资格或注册造价师资格；
2、 熟悉本行业施工技术规范，能够正确计算工程量并熟练套用各类定额；
3、 具备工程预、决算和工程管理的的专业知识；
4、 掌握新技术，了解新材料和国内工程造价动态；
5、 责任心强，有敬业精神，能吃苦，可加班。
6、 英语听、说、读、写能力强者优先。
