岗位说明
岗位职责：
1．负责根据产品或企业的定位进行客户开发与管理工作 ；
2．负责组织客户渠道拓展工作；
3. 负责项目款项的跟踪及催收，协助甲方进行施工管理，监控工程质量和材料的正确使用，维护公司品牌形象；
4．负责组织客户营销与市场开发工作 ；
5．负责客户服务与关系维护的监督与管理工作 ；
6．负责客户投诉处理及监督检查工作 ；
7．负责组织建立客户档案等工作 ；
8．完成上级领导临时交办的工作 ；
任职资格：
1、女，本科及以上学历，形象气质佳；
2、1年以上相关工作经验；
3、具有较高的谈判及演说能力，能够有效引导客户、赢取主动并达成招商意向；
4、沟通能力强，具备较强的团队合作意识，自我学习和独立工作能力强，能吃苦耐劳。
5、有良好的组织协调能力和现场经验，良好的解决实际问题以及突发事件的能力，工作积极主动，能承受工作压力；
6、熟练操作计算机，及相关软件的操作，如：Word，Exel，Powpoint，etc；
7、具有一定的室内装修知识，了解室内装饰流程、有一定项目管理经验者优先；
8、英文CET-4，英语听、说、读、写能力良好；CET-6以上优先；
9、有海外学习、工作经历者优先；
10、若无相关工程经验，英语较为突出者亦可。
