工作职责

带领审计团队或协助审计主管为客户提供高质的审计服务，拟定审计方案，起草审计报告等审计文书
作为审计项目的组长，为审计团队成员提供引导及建议, 以及定期向项目经理及合伙人汇报
定期与客户会面，了解客户业务的发展、探讨客户面临的问题和进行审计汇报
实地考察客户业务，深入了解客户业务状况

经验和能力

拥有中国注册会计师执业资格，2-3年或以上大型会计师事务所工作经验
拥有敏锐的商业触觉，能够从商业交易活动中洞察出审计问题
优秀的中文书写能力及沟通能力，良好的英文水平
灵活应变，能够同时处理多项工作，良好的团队合作能力
具备较强的分析能力和解决问题能力


Responsibilities

Prepare Audit financial statements and group reporting packages
Keep up to date with KPMG’s product and service offerings and identify sales opportunities within your client base
Work on other assurance engagements such as review engagements, SOX engagements, agreed-upon-procedure engagements and engagements relating to the reporting accountant for initial public offerings
Supervise your engagement field team, including the completion of performance reviews and providing on-site training
Liaise with your own portfolio of clients throughout the year to agree on and set timetables
Act as the audit in-charge for larger clients to perform the briefing and lead the team to deliver the audit
Maintain regular communication with the line manager, partner and client on issues and the progress of the engagement
Draft the planning and finalisation memoranda for internal use, and for communicating to clients

Experience

CICPA qualified or passed 6 courses in CICPA accountants with at least two years relevant industry audit experience
Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese with reasonable command of English Team player with the ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure
Socially confident with good diplomacy and organisational skills
Self starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
