职位描述
The IT coordinator provides IT support to the facility and project operations group.
1. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.1 Operations
a) First level of contact for assistance primarily from internal users in local region.
b) Perform troubleshooting and data collection for incidents requiring escalation.
c) Follow through on new user setup including system access and hardware/ peripherals.
d) Work with IT Infrastructure teams to setup/ maintain local area network components (switches, servers, backup etc.).
e) Work with IT teams to facilitate resolving of issues.
f) Facilitate execution of I.T. initiatives or projects, e.g. project rollout and progress monitoring; conduct training and instructional activities as required.
g) Manage all IT asset inventory such as servers, switches, PCs, laptops, PDA, blackberry, mobile phones, etc.
h) Liaise with vendors for equipment and peripheral contracts and purchases.
i) Reinforce I.T. policies and Cameron IT standards
1.2 Administration
a) Ensure all incidents are logged into the Incident Management system and followed through to closure Ensures work report is filled in properly and submitted in time.
b) Prepares Authorities for Expenditure (AFE) documents for management approval
c) Manage all IT asset inventory such as servers, switches, PCs, laptops, PDA, blackberry, mobile phones, etc.
d) Prepares purchase requisitions for IT purchases.
2. Specific Additional Duties
a) Actively participate and implement adherence to and improvement of the company Management System.
3. Principle Working Relationship
a) Works directly under the Facility Manager.
b) Works closely together with the Project Operations Group.
c) Works closely with Corporate IT.
4. Education / Experience Requirements
a) Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology.
b) 2-3 years experience in 1st level IT helpdesk including on-site hardware support. 1-2 years experience in network support (eg. servers, switches) a plus.
c) Comptia A+ and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certifications preferred; Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE) certifications a plus.
d) Fluent in English and local dominant language.
e) Conversant in configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista operating systems with support experience in core Microsoft business applications (MS Office) and platform technologies (Livemeeting, Forefront), PC hardware and end-user fixed and mobile communication technologies (Blackberry, Windows Mobile), Video and audio conferencing services and equipment, Remote access via VPN.Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of purchasing experiences.
f) Good communication skills with a positive attitude.
g) English language.
