MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Major Roles & Responsibilities

Work Output

Major obstacles / problems / challenges to deal with to complete work

Dealing with basic HR processes such as recruiting, training, compensation, performance management, maintain employee filing, contract management etc. to achieve HR KPI

l On time close open positions

l Development workforce capability to support business

Lack of suited candidate in market and this role should work with functional manager to find way to close the open positions on time

Maintain all HRIS such as Peoplesoft/Authoria/ Jiayang/ BrassRing/ Service Now

Provide right information on HRIS

English and the understanding to the HRIS should be the key success factor

Work with 3rd party agency such as FESCO to provide HR service to employee who located outside of Shenzhen

Employee Satisfaction

The HR service should cover around 20 cities and this role need understand the legal requirement or related local practices of different cities

Provide administration service for each sales office

Good working environment

Budgeting and Reporting

Complete monthly report and annual budgeting

WORKING EXPERIENCE &/OR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

· At least 5 years’ experience on HR & Admin role

· Familiar with the HR service provided by FESCO

· Working knowledge of HRM such as recruiting, training, performance management, monthly payroll etc.

· Familiar with HRM related legal requirement
