Responsibilities:
1. 严格执行客户服务的准则
Strictly follow Code of Conduct of customer service;
2. 录入销售订单的信息进JDE系统并且保证相关销售信息的正确和完整
Entry the regular sales order data into ERP;
3. 能够积极对订单的状态进行跟踪以及更新相关的订单信息
Generate delivery notes & credit memos, make sure the correct information on the documents;
4. 将有异常状态的订单及时更新给销售
Efficient order fulfillment following up with regular call with driver on the delivery status update;
5. 定期维护相关客户服务的报表
Coordinate with transportation & warehousing team on the order fulfillment;
6. 与销售团队紧密合作提高客户服务的质量
Maintain various daily operation report for statistics purpose;
7. 和运输及仓库保持信息上的良好沟通
Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality Customer service;

Requirements:
1. 应届毕业生
Fresh-graduate or 1 year working experience;
2. 熟悉Word Excel的应用
Good knowledge of PC skill including Word, Excel;
3. 基本的英语读、说、写能力
Basic ability to communicate in English
